As part of this expansion, VOTS will transition from its existing Call Care-A-Lot locations into newly designed, modern clinic spaces that enhance the experience for both pets and their owners.
The new locations feature larger, thoughtfully designed interiors with a clean, modern aesthetic, creating a more comfortable and efficient environment for clients. In addition to the enhanced facilities, VOTS is expanding its operating schedule to better serve pet owners, now offering extended hours Thursday through Sunday.

Pet owners will have the flexibility to schedule appointments in advance or visit as walk-ins beginning on launch day, April 11.
