Open the app and select your pet at the top of the home screen

Click “View Profile” (Paw Icons)

Click “Preventatives” (Syringe Icon) to see vaccine dates.
- You will see the “Share” button should you need to email, text or share the records with someone.
If you need detailed records or are having difficulty with the app: email your request to info@vots.vet using your VOTS registration email.
