The Fastest Way To Recieve A Copy Of Your Pet’s Vaccine Records is On Your Digitail App:

  • Download the app to your phone or tablet: Click Here

  • Log in with the email you provided VOTS when signing up your pet.

  • Open the app and select your pet at the top of the home screen

  • Click “View Profile” (Paw Icons)

  • Click “Preventatives” (Syringe Icon) to see vaccine dates.

  • You will see the “Share” button should you need to email, text or share the records with someone.

    If you need detailed records or are having difficulty with the app: email your request to info@vots.vet using your VOTS registration email.
