Date: February 2025
Location: Great Neck

I brought my 4-year-old Golden Retriever, Bailey, into the Great Neck location for updated vaccines and a wellness check, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bailey tends to get pretty anxious at vet visits, so I was a little nervous going in, but the team immediately made both of us feel at ease.

The technician took time to walk me through each vaccine and explained everything clearly without rushing, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how efficient the entire visit was—we were in and out in about 25 minutes, but it still felt very thorough and personal.

The pricing was straightforward with no surprises, which is something I’ve struggled with at other clinics. I left feeling confident that Bailey was fully up to date and well taken care of.

This is easily the most convenient vet experience I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I’ve already recommended VOTS to a few friends in the area.

Services Provided:
