Customer: Emily R.
Date: December 2024
Location: Moyock

I brought my 3-year-old mixed breed, Luna, into the Moyock location for her routine vaccines and preventive care, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. I had been putting it off because I didn’t want to deal with a long, stressful vet visit, but this was the complete opposite.

The team was friendly, welcoming, and very efficient. I loved that I could just walk in without an appointment and still be seen quickly. Everything was explained clearly, including the pricing, which was very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been.

The whole visit took less than 30 minutes, and Luna handled it so much better than she usually does. I left feeling relieved knowing she’s fully protected and back on track with her care.

VOTS has made preventive care so much easier, and I’ll definitely be back for future visits.
